Most of our products are printed and shipped “on demand”. As such they are considered customized and are generally unable to be refunded for a full refund. We do not have the capability of covering return shipping or refunding original shipping costs, we apologize for this but will do our best to make any situations right as long as it is within our power. Each type of item we sell is handled by an individual return policy. All products sold at https://www.zgfgaming.com fall into a 3-week policy from the date the order was placed. Some small leniency MAY be permitted, but is NOT guaranteed.
Please do NOT ship items back without contacting us first and receiving confirmation.
Any claims or concerns must be submitted during this 3-week period either via email at admin[a]zgfgaming.com or by private messaging @Ra_Zim#9618 on Discord. It is preferred that you be a part of our Discord server for ease of contact. You may join through this link.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. Please note that photographic proof must be provided, in order to expedite the process, please provide it up front.. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the manufacturer’s end are covered at their expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. So please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the manufacturer’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Other Dissatisfaction – Before returning to the manufacturer, you must contact us. We can not offer refunds on these custom-printed items for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are on a case-by-case basis and if permitted, will be done at material and contract cost which varies based on multiple factors. We provide detailed size charts, so please consult them to ensure you’re purchasing the right size for you. We recommend looking up the size chart of a shirt you know fits you and then purchasing based on that.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore ZGF Gaming reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
In the event of an incorrectly-placed order, you MUST contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. All attempts will be made to cancel the order; however, we can not guarantee it will be possible. With our products being printed on demand, the order is automatically sent to the manufacturer and they begin the printing process as soon as possible to minimize delays in you receiving your purchase. As such, we can only do so much to cancel the order. To ensure the best chance possible, please join our Discord and tag the Staff role informing them you need to speak with Ra_Zim and they will contact him.
